The highlight of the exhibition was a visit from YAB Dato’ Sri Fadillah Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA).
We had the privilege of walking him through the SolarNest ecosystem. It was a proud moment for our team to demonstrate how a Malaysian-made solution is solving critical asset management issues for solar plants. His interest validates our belief that digital verification is the future of national energy security.
Honored to host Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition & Water Transformation, YAB Dato’ Sri Fadillah Yusof, at SolarNest booth
During the event, our CEO, Mr Erash joined the panel discussion “Founders on the Frontier: 60 Minutes of Disruption.” The energy in the room was palpable as the discussion was about the uncomfortable truths of the solar industry.
Mr. Erash highlight that, too many solar assets are currently managed on a strategy of “Hopes, Prayers, and Microsoft Excel.”
The Wedding vs. The Marriage: We love to celebrate the “wedding” (signing the deal and building the plant), but we neglect the “marriage” (the 20 years of maintenance and operations that follow).
Asset Blindness: Without strict, digital auditing, plants suffer from invisible leaks—voltage drops and inefficiencies that PDF reports can’t catch.
As Mr Erash mentioned to the audience: “Assets give you energy, but software gives you profit.”
One of the most meaningful moments of the exhibition was the opportunity to engage with YB Dato’ Hajjah Hanifah from the Ministry of Economy. Our team had the chance to introduce her to the SolarNest ecosystem and share how locally developed digital solutions are helping improve asset visibility and accountability across solar infrastructure. Moments like these reaffirm the growing role of technology in supporting sustainable economic growth and long-term national resilience.
A proud moment hosting YB Dato’ Hajjah Hanifah from the Ministry of Economy at the SolarNest booth.
We didn’t just talk about problems; we showcased the solution. SolarNest is not a theoretical concept. It has been successfully deployed in a 100MW solar plant for the last several years, proving its ability to handle large-scale data and operations reliability.
The feedback from visitors—ranging from EPCs to asset owners—was clear: the industry is tired of static reports. They want dynamic, verified performance data.
We are currently refining the platform based on this real-world success, and we are thrilled to announce that SolarNest Version 3 will be launching in March 2026. This update will bring even deeper financial control and compliance features, making your solar assets not just operational, but “bankable.”
Thank you to everyone who visited us, and special thanks to our partners ManWinWin and QuantraSoft for their support.
